Senior Living Community Refresh, New Jersey
Design Objective
The client was looking to refresh one of their established communities in New Jersey. The goal was to modernize shared spaces while maintaining a sense of warmth, familiarity, and comfort for residents. The redesign needed to support daily routines, promote social connection, and reflect the brand’s evolving standard of care.
Project Overview
The scope included revitalizing key common areas: the lobby, dining room, activity spaces, and corridors. We reimagined these spaces with updated finishes, improved lighting, and functional furnishings suited to residents’ needs. A calming, residential-inspired palette was paired with durable materials, helping the environment feel both welcoming and built to last.
Execution
We managed the full design and procurement process, sourcing everything from seating and flooring to wall coverings and artwork. Installation was carefully phased to minimize disruption to residents and staff. The final result is a brighter, more cohesive environment that supports daily life and uplifts the experience for both residents and their families.
