Boutique Hospitality Lobby, Brooklyn
Design Objective
The client- an independent hospitality group – approached us to reimagine the lobby of their boutique property in Brooklyn. They were seeking a bold yet inviting first impression that balanced modern design with local character. The space needed to function as both a check-in zone and a relaxed gathering spot, seamlessly blending style with utility.
Project Overview
The scope focused on transforming the lobby into a multifunctional, brand-forward space. We layered custom millwork, curated lighting, and a mix of textures to create visual depth and warmth. A rich palette of deep hues, brass accents, and sculptural furnishings added a sense of sophistication while maintaining the approachable feel of a neighborhood destination.
Execution
We provided full design and procurement services, overseeing all selections and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth implementation. Every detail – from statement lighting to custom seating – was carefully sourced and installed to enhance the guest experience. The finished space now serves as both a visual anchor and a welcoming entry point that reflects the boutique brand’s personality and values.
